1. The Permittee shall duly inform the public of this approval;
2. The Permittee must comply with approved stewardship program consisting of Enhanced Insect Resistance Management (IRM) Strategy, a valid Plant Incorporated Protectant (PIP) permit, other requirements of the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA), other approved monitoring activities, regular report of seed sales and conduct of required technical studies;
3. Limitation of planting and/or commercial propagation within agricultural lands, those of which are classified as Alienable and Disposable (A&D lands);
4. The Permittee shall notify the Director of BPI, within the time periods and in the manner specified below, in case of any of the ff occurrences:
    a. in the event that new information becomes available indicating that the regulated article could pose greater risks to biodiversity, human and animal health, to immediately report upon discovery,              not exceeding twenty four (24) hours, through verifiable means of communication (email, text message, etc.)
    b. if the regulated article or associated host organism is found to have characteristics essentially different from those listed in the application, or suffers from any unusual occurrence, to immediately          communicate in writing, as soon as possible, but not to exceed three (3) days; 
5. In the event new information becomes available indicating that the regulated article could pose greater risks to biodiversity, human and animal health than its conventional counterpart, the Permittee shall, on its own, immediately take measures necessary to protect human health and the environment;
6. The permit holder shall not cause the commercial propagation in area where the local government unit has a known policy or ordinance prohibiting the propagation or entry of regulated article. For this purpose, it shall include in the labeling of products that these are not intended for propagation in prohibited areas.
